Responsibilities

map out the conceptual design for a planned database; 

take into account both back-end data organization and front-end accessibility for end-users; 

refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model; 

further refine the physical design to meet system storage requirements; 

establish user needs and monitor user access and security; 

monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users;

Database documentation should include data standards, methods, and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata). 

It should also include the installation and testing of new DBMS versions and the maintenance of data standards, including compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Role:  Database Administrator

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Any Degree Related to IT

Salary: From 18K per month
