answering enquiries for customer assistance.

reaching out to clients to learn more about the nature of the issue.

travelling to the client's address or establishing a remote connection.

fixing problems with software and hardware.

hardware and computer peripheral installation and maintenance.

computer software and operating system installation and upgrades.

resolving problems with connections and networking.

provide guidance on hardware or software updates.

giving some instruction in computer management and operation.

completing work orders and placing supply orders.
