Job Description

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Android developer to join our vibrant Chennai mobile development team. For our business, you will play a key role in creating, developing, and supporting high-performing, user-focused Android applications that serve customers in India and beyond.

Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring maintainability and scalability of the applications.

Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.  

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across a diverse range of Android devices and versions prevalent in the Indian market.

Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services efficiently.

Skills:

Experience with UI development using XML and Jetpack Compose (preferred).

Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Experience with Android testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Espresso).

Educational Qualification: Any Degree related to IT

Experience: 3+ yrs
