Accurately entering, monitoring, and preserving important data in our systems is a critical function of a Data Entry Executive joining our operations team at our Chennai-based company. Your accuracy and quickness will be much appreciated in our organised and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter data from multiple sources accurately into the appropriate spreadsheets, databases, or software programs.

Check data for completeness and accuracy, finding and fixing any mistakes or discrepancies.

Maintain and arrange both physical and digital files and records, making sure they are properly categorised and accessible.

Respect deadlines for data entry and productivity goals.

Help with additional administrative duties as required to support team operations as a whole.

Qualification:

Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with data entry software/databases.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Education: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
