Responsibilities

Create, build, and improve the Java-based web applications' back end.

Include UI components created by front-end programmers.

Write standards-compliant, streamlined code.

Diagnose problems that come up during testing and bug fixes.

Take part in design and code reviews.

Key skills

thorough understanding of SQL, RDBMS, Java, and J2EE

Working knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring JDBC

at ease developing Microservices and REST APIs

a basic knowledge of ORM tools such as JPA and Hibernate

familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Git

familiarity with JSPs and frameworks such as Hibernate
