Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and managing stored procedures, functions, and SQL queries to ensure efficient data manipulation and retrieval. 

A key responsibility is developing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS to load, transform, and extract data from diverse sources.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the development and management of data models that prioritize performance, normalization, and data integrity.

The candidate will also create informative reports and dashboards using SSRS, which aid in data-driven decision-making.

An essential part of the job involves examining and resolving data discrepancies, database bottlenecks, and performance issues. 

The candidate must thoroughly test and debug SQL code to ensure accuracy and reliability. 

Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in SQL technologies is crucial, with the expectation to suggest improvements as needed.

This role demands a self-sufficient and unique contributor, capable of taking initiative and working independently to achieve goals.
