Job Title: Final Assembly
Pay: $22–$30/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking Final Assemblers for 1st shift opportunities in Tulsa. This hands-on role is responsible for the construction and assembly of heat exchangers, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools
• Install structural and drive components, including motors and propellers
• Accurately interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
• Apply fasteners and hardware according to specifications
• Follow the production schedule and meet assigned deadlines
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly required
• Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced industrial setting. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise, dust, and metal particles. PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead
• Good vision and depth perception required for accurate assembly
