Job Title: Assembly Lead
Pay: $26–$32/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Assembly Lead to manage a group of assemblers during 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proven leadership or supervisory experience, and a hands-on approach to driving productivity, safety, and quality on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–12 assemblers within the assembly department
- Coordinate daily assignments in alignment with the production schedule
- Monitor quality control and accuracy across all assembly builds
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and standard procedures
- Collaborate with production supervisors, quality control, and engineering staff
- Ensure proper and safe use of hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Interpret and verify blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Track and report team performance; escalate issues as needed
- Enforce all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- At least 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor)
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical components, and fasteners
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, process improvement, and team motivation
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain team accountability
Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, industrial environment. The facility is not climate-controlled and may involve exposure to loud noise, dust, and metal particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE)—including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots—is required.
