Job Title: Shop Helper
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay: $18/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Shop Helper to support various tasks in a fabrication environment. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires working around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power tools, and other potentially hazardous equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist craftsmen with duties related to assigned trade or craft.
• Maintain productivity standards as outlined by company work instructions.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness per 5S requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to team efficiency and project success.
• Operate safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, and automated equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic experience in a fabrication shop environment.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.
• Proficient in reading and writing basic shop communication.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and interpret bill of materials.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills and follow instructions.
