Job Title: Fabrication Operator

Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $16–$18/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

A Tulsa-based company is seeking a Fabrication Operator to work in a climate-controlled facility specializing in the production of sheet metal components. This role focuses on post-laser table operations and is ideal for individuals experienced in fabrication who thrive in detail-oriented, team-based environments.

Essential Functions:

• Operate saw and drill to perform milling, tapping, sanding, cutting, deburring, and grinding

• Process parts from the laser operator's table and transition completed parts to the next stage

• Maintain precision and efficiency in all machining and fabrication tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fabrication environment

• Proficient with industrial saws, hand grinders, belt sanders, and measuring tools

• Skilled with industrial machinery and general shop equipment

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and team-focused

• Comfortable working with both hand and power tools

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This is classified as a safety-sensitive position and includes responsibilities that may affect the health and safety of the employee or others. Tasks include:

• Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout 95% of the shift

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs without mechanical assistance

• Working in and around confined areas and limited space

• Handling and processing materials that may involve hazardous components

• Use of motorized equipment, machinery, and power tools

• Exposure to manufacturing processes involving volatile or regulated substances
