Job Title: Tube Roller
Pay: $20–$22/hour + $2/hour Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Catoosa, OK

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dedicated Tube Roller to join our manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK. This hands-on role is responsible for rolling, stabbing, assembling, and hydrostatically testing tubes to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify tube specifications
• Roll and stab tubes into sections following established procedures
• Conduct hydrostatic testing according to standard work instructions
• Assemble tube and section components with accuracy and consistency
• Record hydrostatic test results and assembly details on traveler documents
• Operate cranes and other equipment to handle and position tubes
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Support overall production goals by performing other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
 – Experience in the heat exchanger industry preferred
• Crane and manlift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• Self-motivated with a proactive, safety-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically capable of frequent lifting, reaching, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and balancing
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for equipment operation
• Familiarity with and adherence to Job Safety Analysis (JSA), work instructions, and required PPE use
• Ability to identify and correct defects or quality issues
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on the job
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent work
• Willingness to assist with other duties as needed to support the team
