Job Title: Industrial Painter
Pay: $23–$26/hour + $2/hour Shift Differential
Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Catoosa, OK. This position focuses on painting and prepping industrial components, including small and large parts, as well as performing final touch-ups before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and paint specification sheets
• Operate and maintain industrial paint pumps
• Mix and apply multi-part industrial coatings
• Prep components for painting, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint mix room
• Track and record paint usage accurately
• Apply paint and correct any visible paint defects
• Operate manlifts and cranes safely and efficiently
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
 – Heat exchanger industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial painting methods and equipment
• Certification to operate cranes and manlifts, or willingness to obtain
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift, climb, kneel, crouch, push, pull, bend, and balance as required
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
• Ability to identify and address defects and ensure high-quality output
• Takes pride in completing work efficiently and accurately
• Ability to follow job safety analysis (JSA) and detailed work instructions
