Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Electrospinning Production Operator to join our night shift textile manufacturing team in Claremore. The Electrospinning Production Operator will operate and maintain production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols. As an Electrospinning Production Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting growth within a rapidly expanding industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage production in an electrospinning textile environment
• Operate and maintain production equipment for optimal performance
• Monitor and adjust web path tension and control to meet standards
• Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure high product standards
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols during production

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required for weights over 102 lbs)
• Ability to stand/walk 90% of the shift
• Ability to crouch or kneel 15% of the shift
• Ability to sit 10% of the shift (during breaks or forklift operation)
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Prior web path tension control experience
