Utility Worker
Pay: $15.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Utility Worker to join our brick manufacturing team in Tulsa. This role provides essential support across multiple areas of the plant to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Duties include assisting with production, material handling, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, parts, or products throughout the plant and yard
• Remove waste products to maintain clean machines and production areas
• Assist machine operators and other production staff as needed
• Move raw materials and finished brick products using hand tools or forklifts
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure an organized workspace
• Support basic maintenance and repairs under supervision
• Follow all required safety practices, including lock-out/tag-out and use of PPE
• Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly
• Operate forklifts occasionally (if certified)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience Required

• Familiarity with power and hand tools
• Ability to stand or walk 1–2 miles per day
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 30–50 lbs frequently
• Capable of climbing, reaching, bending, twisting, and working in confined spaces
• Safety-conscious with a team-oriented attitude
