Job Title: Header Welder
Pay: $27 - $30/hr (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) or 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift), with some Saturdays as needed

• 3G TIG/Flux

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a skilled Header Welder to join our team in Catoosa, OK. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are experienced in TIG and Stick/Flux welding. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret weld procedures and prints, adjust to changing work needs, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow welding procedures and parameters accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine weld sizes and dimensions.
• Perform additional fitting tasks when needed (nozzles, wrapper plates, etc.).
• Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with Quality Control (QC) to ensure consistent and accurate welds.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and jib cranes; knowledge of basic rigging required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments with high noise levels and exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
• Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
