Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a reliable and team-oriented CDL-A Driver for a hybrid position involving both driving and warehouse responsibilities. Approximately 30% of the role involves driving, while 70% focuses on warehouse and forklift duties. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in all areas of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30% of the time)
• Perform warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials
• Operate a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred or willing to train)
• Secure loads according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Comply with all DOT safety and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily objectives
• Adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and follow instructions

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and focused on safety
