Job Title: CNC Drill Operator
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $26–$31/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Sand Springs, OK
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Drill Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC drilling machines to produce precision parts and components based on technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machining processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC drilling machines to perform drilling, tapping, and other machining operations
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tight tolerances
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document production data and report any deviations or defects to supervisors

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
