Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $16–$19/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Sapulpa, OK

Position Overview

A local heat exchanger manufacturer is seeking a qualified Shipping/Receiving Clerk to assist with daily order fulfillment, receiving, packaging, and shipment of materials. This role also involves operating a forklift, loading/unloading trucks, and handling all shipping documentation accurately. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of operating within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging and order fulfillment
• Handle and sort incoming and outgoing stock with accurate documentation
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane to move materials and load/unload trucks
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Conduct very limited local driving (no CDL required)
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR required
• Forklift and overhead crane experience required
• Must pass a national background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
• Strong attention to detail and paperwork accuracy
