Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable CDL-A Driver who is team-oriented and ready to contribute beyond the driver’s seat. This is a hybrid role where approximately 30% of your time will be spent driving and 70% on warehouse and forklift duties. We're looking for someone flexible, safety-conscious, and willing to take on various responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30% of the time)
• Assist in warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials
• Operate a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred, but willing to train)
• Properly secure loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Follow all safety protocols and DOT compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks
• Adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and take direction as needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Prior forklift experience or certification preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
