Pay: $22–$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs

Position Overview

We are actively seeking skilled Final Assemblers to join the 2nd shift team in Tulsa. This role involves assembling and installing components of heat exchangers using a variety of tools and mechanical techniques in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools
• Install structural and drive components, such as motors and propellers
• Accurately interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
• Secure components with appropriate fasteners and hardware
• Follow the daily production schedule to meet deadlines
• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical or industrial assembly
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Work Environment

• Industrial setting with exposure to loud noise, dust, and metal particles
• Facility is not climate-controlled
• Required PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder climbing, and overhead work
• Clear vision and depth perception required for precision assembly
