Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.68/hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some Fridays required)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support the movement of raw and finished materials throughout all phases of production. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts and must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Lift truck operator’s license (preferred; training available)

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Maintain raw material inventory (e.g., frame parts, I-beams), including unloading delivery vehicles

• Coordinate necessary paperwork at the time of material receipt

• Transport raw materials, chassis, and finished products across designated production areas

• Relocate completed chassis to designated coating or drying areas

• Maintain exterior yard operations, including plowing and grading

• Rotate between production team roles as needed

• Assist in general repairs and maintenance tasks

Required Competencies:

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Ability to interpret and process written instructions, delivery receipts, work orders, and frame prints

• Meet production goals and adhere to deadlines

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in operating forklifts, tractors, and material-handling equipment (e.g., tape measures, radios, stabilization devices)

• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials over 50 lbs

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work professionally with colleagues, leaders, and customers

• Adaptability to stressful physical and mental work environments

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

• Flexible with task prioritization and changes throughout the day
