Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping associate to join a Tulsa warehouse team. The role of Shipping involves preparing and processing outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for on-time delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented worker looking for long-term stability in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using company systems.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Verify outgoing shipments against invoices and packing slips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
