Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Receiving associate to join a warehouse team in Tulsa. The role of Receiving involves handling incoming shipments, inspecting goods for accuracy, and entering inventory data into company systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
• Verify packing slips and purchase orders against received goods.
• Accurately enter receiving data into inventory systems.
• Label and organize items for storage or distribution.
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe receiving area.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.

Position Requirements

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
