Position Overview

The Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker is responsible for all aspects of the grease making process, ensuring procedures and processes are accurately followed and that equipment is operated correctly to achieve a high level of finished product quality.

Job Description

As a Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker, you will:

• Be responsible for all aspects of the grease making process.
• Play a key role in attaining a high level of finished product quality by ensuring procedures and processes are accurately followed.
• Be responsible for accurate operation of equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Simple math and algebra.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with co-workers, lab personnel, and supervisors.
• Self-motivated; able to multi-task at a fast pace.
• Start and complete needed production with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in operation of mill and all other equipment related to grease manufacturing.
• Prepared to assist in the development of the grease making process and offer objective opinions based on prior experience.

Required

• High School diploma/GED or proven ability to perform job.
• Prior mixing experience (paint, oils, greases, lubricants, ingredients, etc.).
• Prior grease, oil, or lubricant experience is a bonus but not required.
