Forklift Operator
Pay: $17.61/hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional Fridays)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw and finished materials throughout various phases of the production process.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety rules and policies
• Maintain inventory of raw materials (e.g., frame parts, I-beams); unload deliveries as needed
• Complete and process paperwork for incoming materials
• Transport raw materials through production
• Move chassis and finished materials between production, coating, drying, and holding areas
• Perform basic yard maintenance including plowing and grading
• Assist in repair work as needed
• Rotate into production team roles as required

Core Competencies:

• Ability to work collaboratively to meet company goals
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, delivery receipts, blueprints, and measurements
• Meet production deadlines with minimal supervision
• Operate lift trucks, tractors, radios, stabilization devices, and tape measures
• Physically able to lift and maneuver materials over 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with team members and supervisors
• Capable of working under physically and mentally demanding conditions, including climate extremes
• Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday
