Forklift Operator

Pay: $18 – $19/hour (DOE)
Location: West Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for our West Tulsa facility. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading trucks, handling raw materials such as steel, beams, and pipe, and ensuring materials are staged and delivered safely. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting production flow and maintaining safety across the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Unload trucks containing raw materials (steel, beams, pipe, etc.)
• Inspect incoming material for quality and verify quantities
• Pull items from pick tickets and stage in designated areas
• Deliver materials to saws, plasma machines, and other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven forklift operating experience with a strong safety record
• Ability to accurately read pick tickets and follow instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to traverse a manufacturing facility with regular squatting, stretching, and reaching
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and temperatures
• Must wear steel-toe boots, eye protection, and ear protection
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
