Pay: $22.00/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime when necessary)

Weld Test: 16 ga welding a V & T. ½ adding wire, the other half fusing. No sugar/penetration.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Tig Welder with experience working on stainless steel, galvanized steel, and some aluminum. The role also involves assembly work and requires attention to detail to meet production standards. As a Tig Welder, you will use your skills to interpret blueprints, manage welding tasks, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless, galvanized, and aluminum materials
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete jobs accurately
• Assemble and fit components according to specifications
• Troubleshoot welding issues and maintain quality standards
• Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of TIG welding experience required
• Knowledge of TIG processes, blueprint reading, and welding procedures
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and self-motivation skills
• Basic math skills required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for success as a Tig Welder

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, stooping, and crouching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment
