Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vessel Welder to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. This role involves precise welding with MIG and Flux Core processes on vessel components, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. The Vessel Welder will work from blueprints and templates to assemble, fit, and finish heavy industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding using MIG and Flux Core processes according to specifications.
• Examine workpieces for defects and measure using straightedges or templates.
• Verify product dimensions for conformance to requirements.
• Develop templates and models for welding projects using blueprint data.
• Analyze engineering drawings to plan layouts, assemblies, and welding operations.
• Maintain required records and production documentation.
• Fit nozzles, supports, and couplings per blueprint into coils.
• Remove rough spots with grinders, files, or scrapers.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials safely.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Proven welding experience, preferably in vessel or heavy industrial fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient with hand tools and welding equipment.
• Must be safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
