Pay: $30.00+/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join a precision-focused team in West Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and capable of producing high-quality machined parts using a variety of manual equipment. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Manual Machinist looking for steady hours and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, turret lathes, and boring mills to machine parts to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
• Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Select proper tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates for each job.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve machining issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of machining practices, feeds, speeds, and tooling.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
