Assembler
Pay: $20–$24/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Location: Catoosa, OK
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

The Final Assembler plays a critical role in production, working collaboratively with a team to complete the assembly of industrial coolers and ensure they are customer-ready.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly of cooler components
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components and final units
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics to execute tasks
• Test and disassemble assemblies for shipment
• Operate manlifts and overhead cranes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Capable of working in a team-based environment
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights (6 feet or more)
• Able to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Committed to maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace
• Able to identify and handle defective items appropriately
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Follows JSA, work instructions, and PPE guidelines
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship and final product delivery
