Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Pryor, OK

Position Purpose

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all materials and products meet high-quality and regulatory standards. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and upholds the integrity of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to verify compliance
• Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods—including first article, in-process, and final audits
• Maintain accurate inspection records, approvals, rejections, and corrective actions; enter data into quality management systems
• Communicate findings to internal teams; work with engineers and production staff to identify root causes and implement corrective measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and support internal and external audits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Technical certification in quality control or a related field (a plus)
• Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly (a plus)
