Pay: $15/hour+
Location: Pryor
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Shop Helper to support our Pryor facility. The Shop Helper will be responsible for assisting with material handling, operating basic equipment, and keeping the work area safe and organized. As a Shop Helper, you will play a key role in supporting the production team while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate basic shop equipment and machinery
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure down to the 1/16"
• Assist with material handling, setup, and workstation organization
• Support production team with general shop duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all instructions and safety protocols with precision

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/16"
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail
