Pay: $18/hour + $2 Shift Differential
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Location: Catoosa, OK

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shop Helper to provide vital support to Equipment Operators and contribute to the daily operations of our fabrication shop. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of machinery and grow within a company that values teamwork, integrity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company’s commitment to safety and uphold its Core Values
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in accordance with our Code of Business Conduct
• Operate saws and other fabrication shop machinery as needed
• Adhere to prescribed safety standards and regulations at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision

What You'll Bring

• Prior experience and/or training in a fabrication or machine shop environment
• Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment relevant to the position
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to participate in and maintain active status within the company’s drug testing program
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and occasionally climb onto equipment or trailers
• Capability to push, pull, or carry objects weighing 35–50 lbs with assistance
• Availability for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
