Job Title: Utility Shop Maintenance Helper
Pay: $15–$18/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Utility Shop Maintenance Helper to assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance, and general warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual looking to grow in an industrial and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing freight
• Load and unload internal shipments daily
• Inspect, identify, and verify inbound shipments against packing lists
• Ship, receive, and move inventory as needed
• Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the facilities, both inside and outside
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Prepare used equipment, including cleaning, painting, and applying stickers to repaired items
• Maintain the integrity of inventory and assist with periodic inventory counts
• Properly verify, record, and store all equipment, parts, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse and surrounding grounds
• Verify that equipment, serial numbers, and accessories match sales orders
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong discipline and responsibility
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations
• Perform duties as directed by the Shop Foreman and administration
• Drive the company truck for local pick-ups and deliveries as needed

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work proficiently inside a shop environment
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift and move heavy items independently, with a team, or using equipment
• Steel-toed boots are required
