• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• (Wednesday and Thursday off)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance Worker to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are clean, organized, and properly maintained for daily operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; clean carpets as needed
• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Perform minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Replace light bulbs, unclog drains, and repair leaky faucets
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for events and services
• Ensure facilities are properly prepared and cleaned before and after events

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and basic maintenance procedures
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
