Job Title: Multi-Trade Craftsman
Pay: $14/hour + Weekly Bonuses
Shift: Monday–Friday (some weekends may be required based on workload)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Craftsman to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves a combination of drywall, light plumbing, and basic electrical work for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently while upholding high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and finish drywall (including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, etc.)
• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as installing or replacing fixtures
• Complete minor electrical work including outlet, switch, and light fixture replacement
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine materials and procedures
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Follow company and OSHA-compliant safety procedures at all times
• Accurately document job progress and report issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Proven experience with drywall, plumbing, and electrical work
• Experience in both residential and commercial construction environments
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards
• Must provide basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, tape measure); specialty tools provided
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders when needed
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
