Job Title: Fitter Welder
Pay: $21–$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Structural Steel Fitter Welder to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be experienced in blueprint reading, fitting structural components, and performing high-quality welds using MIG and/or Flux Core welding processes. This role plays a key part in the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.

Weld Test Requirement

• 3G MIG/Flux Core on 3/8” thick plate, 8’ length with runoff tabs

Key Qualifications

• Must be coachable, willing to learn, and maintain a positive attitude
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Skilled in fitting and welding structural steel components
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship
