Job Title: Industrial Maintenance
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: West Tulsa
Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations at a manufacturing facility in West Tulsa. The Industrial Maintenance role involves performing a wide range of tasks, including mechanical repair, basic electrical work, and welding. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial environment and be committed to workplace safety and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and overhaul of plant equipment and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues using visual, auditory, and manual inspection techniques
• Carry out electrical repairs, including wiring and circuit troubleshooting
• Maintain and repair piping systems, perform millwright work, and assist in equipment installation
• Read and follow maintenance procedures and equipment manuals
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize production interruptions
• Implement and follow a preventive maintenance program
• Train employees on preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and manage parts inventory
• Coordinate with vendors for parts sourcing and major repairs
• Fabricate guards, fixtures, and replacement parts as needed
• Keep a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4 to 5 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge and repair experience
• Welding experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
