Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $20–$25/hr
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
(Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs)

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Material Handler to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe transport of goods, ensuring efficient material flow and accurate inventory management throughout the facility. This Material Handler role is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and familiar with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling:

• Move received materials to designated warehouse or kit locations using warehouse management software (Glovia).
• Pull materials from pick lists/BOMs to complete kits and assign kit bay storage.
• Supply raw and consumable materials to the production floor as needed.
• Perform accurate system transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or material shortages to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (Glovia a plus).
• Strong communication, time management, and safety awareness skills.
