Job Title: Plasma Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $24 to $30 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Catoosa, OK (Port of Catoosa)
Type: Temp to Hire

We are currently hiring a skilled Plasma Operator for a heat exchanger manufacturing company located in the Port of Catoosa. The Plasma Operator will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and component quality control, supporting production efficiency while ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.

Job Duties:

• Study blueprints, work orders, and schematics to determine project requirements
• Assist with setup and operation of plasma cutting equipment
• Operate machinery to fulfill production orders accurately and on time
• Monitor production status and report updates to the supervisor
• Ensure quality standards are met for each component
• Help with complex assembly projects as needed
• Train new machine operators
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• High attention to detail and pride in work
• Ability to follow job safety analysis and work instructions
