Job Position: Production Worker
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Worker to join the Plastics Department at a local sign manufacturing company. This is a full-time, hands-on position based in Broken Arrow, offering steady hours and long-term growth potential. The Production Worker will help fabricate and assemble custom signage, using various tools and equipment to meet project specifications and quality standards.

About the Role:

The Production Worker will work on a variety of custom and high-volume signage projects, helping measure, cut, and assemble plastic components using both hand and power tools. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut plastics to spec using hand and power tools
• Maintain and operate sign shop equipment
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Work on both custom signage and high-volume production
• Handle file management and basic computer tasks
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a sign shop or manufacturing environment preferred
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Strong basic math skills and ability to follow exact specifications
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, scaffolds, or aerial lifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at waist-high tables
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English and possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
