Job Title: Manual Radial Drill Operator
Pay: $24–$30/hour
Hours: Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Sand Springs, OK

We are currently hiring a skilled Manual Radial Drill Operator for a long-standing and trusted company that has been a leader in the shell and tube heat exchanger, pressure vessel, and heat transfer component industry for over 50 years. This position is based in Sand Springs, OK, and offers a great opportunity to work in a highly respected, safety-focused environment.

The Manual Radial Drill Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating radial drill equipment, reading blueprints, and performing layout and precision drilling tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate manual radial drills
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure work meets exact specifications
• Perform layout work based on print requirements
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Remove slag and prep surfaces using grinders
• Safely operate overhead cranes to position and move heavy parts
• Occasionally operate forklifts for material handling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating manual radial drills
• Ability to drill and tap a variety of hole sizes in different metals while maintaining tight tolerances
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Self-motivated and able to maintain productivity with minimal supervision
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
• Strong team player who takes pride in their work
