Job Position: Manual Machinist
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Description:

We are a growing machine shop in Broken Arrow seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong work ethic and experience operating manual lathes, mills, and ideally Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs). If you’re a dependable Manual Machinist looking for long-term stability and hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual lathes and mills to fabricate or repair precision parts.
• Operate Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs) — experience is a plus, but not required.
• Perform ACME threading — also a plus, but not mandatory.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Work Hours:

• Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and some weekends required as workload demands

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with ACME threading and VTL operation is a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
