Job Title: Shop Helper
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dedicated Shop Helper to support our manufacturing operations in Sapulpa. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring work around overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and other industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work well within a team, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist craftsmen with tasks related to their assigned trade.
• Work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, automated and power equipment.
• Meet productivity requirements as outlined in company work instructions.
• Ensure quality workmanship in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all established safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and contribute positively to team efforts.

Skills & Experience

• Basic fabrication shop experience preferred.
• Proficient in the operation of overhead cranes and power tools.
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications.
• Skilled in using a shop tape measure.
• Willingness to learn how to read shop drawings and understand bill of materials.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the role.
