Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some Fridays Required)
Pay Rate: $17.61/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support material handling operations in a dynamic production environment. This position involves transporting raw and finished materials throughout various phases of manufacturing. Candidates must have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hold a valid driver’s license.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transport raw and finished materials across production areas using forklifts
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate necessary documentation at the time of receipt
• Unload delivery vehicles and organize inventory such as frame parts and I-beams
• Move chassis through multiple production phases and into designated holding or drying areas
• Perform general yard maintenance including grading and plowing
• Rotate into production support roles as needed
• Assist in repair and maintenance duties

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to read work orders, delivery receipts, and blueprints
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet production goals and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and maneuver items exceeding 50 pounds
• Experience operating related equipment such as radios, tape measures, and stabilization devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift operator certification preferred (training available)
