Job Title: Brake Press Operator
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay Rate: $17–$20/hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Brake Press Operator to join our team at a modern, climate-controlled facility in Tulsa. This role is essential in producing tight-tolerance sheet metal products using advanced press brake machinery. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brakes to bend metal plates
• Interpret technical documents including blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet all company and industry safety standards
• Apply logical problem-solving skills during daily tasks
• Efficiently utilize materials to reduce waste and scrap
• Deburr parts and load programs either manually or via external downloads
• Select appropriate punches, dies, and tooling based on job specifications
• Use hand and power tools for assembly and setup

Equipment Used

• CNC Press Brake Machines: AMADA, TRUMPF, ACCUPRESS, BYSTRONIC, CINCINNATI

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with hand and power tools required
• Must own or be willing to purchase a basic toolset and locking toolbox
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods
