CDL A Driver
Pay: $22-26/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm (OT as needed; hours may vary)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Driver to join a Claremore-based company specializing in the transport of large industrial components such as air-cooled heat exchangers, finned tube bundles, and structural frames. The CDL A Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of these high-value items to customer sites and distribution centers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport oversized loads and industrial equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
• Secure loads using appropriate tie-downs, tarps, and safety gear.
• Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading using forklifts, cranes, or other lifting aids as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Class A vehicles.
• Experience with load securement and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor or industrial environments.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to lift, carry, and secure heavy loads.
• Comfortable working in varied weather and industrial settings.
