Job Title: Front Desk Worker / Van Driver
Pay: $14.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Front Desk Worker/Van Driver for a fast-paced hotel environment in Oklahoma City. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, valuable experience, and room for long-term growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize hotel computer systems (preferably On-Q; training provided if necessary)
• Operate the hotel shuttle/van to transport guests to and from the airport safely
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working at a hotel front desk required
• Experience with On-Q system preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Must be comfortable driving a shuttle/van and engaging with guests
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Computer literacy and ability to learn hospitality software
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused personality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
