Pay: $25.00/hr Based on Experience
Shift: Weekend Day Shift | Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) + 1 weekday off

Test Requirement: 3G Stick Test followed by an Automatic Welding Test using Lincoln Electric equipment

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Welder to operate and maintain automated welding machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. This position requires a deep understanding of automated welding systems, particularly Lincoln Electric equipment, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders. The Automatic Welder must consistently produce clean and precise welds while adhering to safety protocols and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Lincoln Electric automated welding machines.
• Set up welding parameters including amperage and voltage in accordance with weld procedures.
• Perform quality welds in accordance with blueprints, job orders, and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specified requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience operating Lincoln Electric automatic welding machines.
• Ability to independently set machine parameters to meet welding procedure specifications.
• Must pass a 3G Stick Test and a follow-up Automatic Welding Test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Must be familiar with blueprint reading and interpretation.
