SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for its manufacturing client in Muskego, WI. The person will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of assigned products, from concept development through launch and ongoing enhancements. This role will focus on shaping product direction, coordinating development efforts, and driving initiatives that enhance both customer satisfaction and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer requirements that guide product decisions.
• Partner with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development that meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Support go-to-market initiatives by working with marketing and sales teams to create pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance, analyze sales and feedback data, and recommend improvements or new product opportunities.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring product solutions address pain points and deliver strong value.
• Stay current on industry standards, compliance requirements, and sustainability initiatives relevant to the product line.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3+ years of product management or related experience in manufacturing, building materials, or healthcare industries.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management, from concept through launch.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Effective communicator with proven success working across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
